Senior Business Banker/Market President (Northern region) First National Bank is a growing independent community bank with an exciting opportunity for the right candidate in our expanding Green Bay market. This high level position will be responsible for accelerating our growth in the Green Bay market, developing our Green Bay staff, and overall strategic planning. Experienced commercial lender with five plus years of successful business development in Green Bay market and overall bank management experience preferred. The benefits of the different categories are: Full-time: Single coverage dental, vision, life and disability insurance are available to full-time employees at no cost. Family coverage is available at an additional charge. Low cost health insurance is available. Paid holidays, sick time, and personal holidays are available starting January 1. We also offer a 401(k) and a bank-sponsored retirement plan, a clothing allowance, and a clothing advance. Free bank services are available to employees. Peak-time: Our peak-time employees work an average of up to 30 hours per week. Benefits include the opportunity to purchase health, dental, and vision insurance. First National Bank pays 70% of the cost of single coverage. Life and disability insurance are available at no cost. Holidays are paid at half-day pay. Paid sick time and personal holidays are available the first year. Paid vacation is available starting January 1.
