E-statements replace your current paper bank statements, offering:

• The option of balancing your statement online.
• Access to up to 12 months of statement history.
• Monthly e-mail notification when statements are available.

Registration is EASY! Print and complete the PDF form and mail or drop it off at any one of our 14 locations!

Form requires Adobe Reader 5.0 or greater (free download).

Each month an email will be sent to you notifying you that your E-statement is available (E-statement notification). You will be able to build a history of up to 12 months of E-statements. Disclosures normally sent in paper format may be sent to you electronically in the future. You must have an Internet Banking password and access to First National Bank's Internet Banking to receive E-statements. Since E-statements replace paper statements, the checking account must be truncated and no canceled checks are returned.
