First National Bank, has announced the promotion of Jennifer L. Foote to Vice President – Enterprise Risk Management. Her new responsibilities include identifying and documenting risks facing the organization, quantifying the risk tolerance, implementing a system for monitoring risks.

Foote has been with the bank since 1994. She was previously Vice President – Compliance Officer. A graduate of Valders High School, Foote went on to receive her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay. She is active in Women in Management as well as several local service organizations.
