IT Manager - full-time, Manitowoc
We are seeking a full-time IT Manager to work at our headquarters located in Manitowoc, WI.
This position maintains information technology strategies through their IT staff.  Their focus is on researching and implementing technological strategic solutions, problem solving and looking for information technology solutions, providing excellent IT service internally and externally, as well as other related projects.  This position is also responsible for coordinating and responding to internal and external IT audits.  This position will work with various business lines throughout the organization. Business Anaylist I - full-time, Oshkosh
Assist the Bank’s Business Bankers in the timely and objective analysis of new and existing extensions of credit. This would include research and gathering of financial information, writing credit reviews and recommendations, working with customers regarding financial information, working directly with the Business Banking Officers, tracking financial information and presenting to loan committees. This person must be able to interact professionally with internal and external persons at all levels. Branch Teller - part-time, Plymouth
Provides services to customers involving receipts and payment of cash to recognize customers’ needs and suggest appropriate bank services. Maintain great customer relations by providing exceptional, friendly service. This position will work up to 20 hours per week on a rotating schedule. Assistant Branch Manager - full-time, Plymouth
This position will supervise the Lead Teller at the Plymouth office and coordinate branch operations. This person should have knowledge of bank products and services and actively promote and sell those products and services to current and new customers. Courier - part-time
Bank First is looking for a responsible candidate to work as a part-time courier. This position will average approximately 20 hours per week on a semi-set schedule. This position is responsible for picking up and delivering items to and from the bank's headquarters (located in Manitowoc) to all Bank First branches. Hours are late afternoon into the evening, typically finishing at 9 PM. Our part-time employees enjoy many benefits including paid vacation and our retirement plan.
